'Hurts Too Much' Single Release
NASHVILLE TN - Nashville-based blues and jazz torch singer, Renee Novack faces an artist’s dream. ‘Hurts Too Much’, a song about an emotional heartbreak written by Gary Forsythe, was recorded and released on Novack’s debut EP in 2018. Now, Novack is garnering strong attention towards the song. As a result, she has chosen to release the track as a single. Novack has been praised for her “passionate and soulful interpretation of Forsythe’s beautiful lyrics and melodies.”
A West Virginia native, Novack is a spirited singer/songwriter who captivates audiences with her smooth and soulful voice. With a career spanning almost 20 years, she has shown her versatility and range in the genres of Jazz, Praise & Worship, Classical and Folk music. Since the age of four, Novack has utilized her gift of song, singing in churches, and later competing in talent competitions. At the age of 14, she began singing for weddings and various live events. She followed the voice of God to Nashville, TN, ministering to others and working with various artists, including touring with a gospel group for two years. Novack is now branching out to embrace her 2 favorite genres - blues and jazz. Accompanied solely by a very simplistic piano, the EP shows her amazing ability to pour her heart and soul into every word and every note.
